Models

Models that are measured, not worshipped.

Seqube uses trained models where they add measurable signal. Production systems can combine gradient-boosted decision models, deterministic logic, calibration overlays and shadow challengers without exposing proprietary thresholds or customer data.

MODEL / 01SUPERVISED

Structured decision models

Gradient-boosted models are well suited to mixed structured signals, nonlinear interactions and incomplete context. We use them where tabular event data carries the decision signal.

MODEL / 02CALIBRATION

Probability calibration

A probability score is useful only when its confidence behaves sensibly against observed outcomes. Calibration layers are validated against live evidence and can fail back to the base model.

MODEL / 03SHADOW

Challenger models

New model versions can run in shadow mode beside the production decision path. This makes it possible to compare quality before allowing the challenger to influence live outputs.

MODEL / 04CONTEXT

Context-aware AI review

For engineering and knowledge-heavy workflows, AI review can combine structured system context, constraints, dependencies and prior evidence rather than reasoning from an isolated input.

PRODUCTION GUARDRAILS

Good models still need boundaries.

Production safety comes from the system around the model: explicit authority, fail-open or fail-closed behaviour where appropriate, version control and outcome monitoring.

01
V

Version everything

Model, feature pipeline and calibration changes need identifiable versions and reproducible evaluation.

02
S

Shadow first

Measure challenger behaviour against production before it becomes authoritative.

03
F

Defined fallback

If a model or calibration layer loses evidence, the system should know what safe baseline to use.

04
M

Monitor outcomes

Model quality, data health and user-facing performance are observed continuously rather than assumed.
