1. Controller
Seqube is the controller for personal data processed through seqube.com and direct corporate correspondence, unless a separate product notice says otherwise.
2. Personal data we may process
Depending on how you interact with us, this may include your name, email address, company or organisation, the content of your message, correspondence history, and limited technical or security information generated when your browser connects to the website, such as request timestamps, IP-related security logs and user-agent information.
This corporate site does not require a customer account. Product-specific account data is handled under the privacy notice for the relevant product.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Responding to enquiries
We process contact information and correspondence to answer questions, evaluate partnerships and take steps requested before entering a business relationship. Depending on the context, the legal basis is legitimate interests or steps taken at your request before a contract.
Security and reliability
We may process limited technical logs to protect the website, prevent misuse, diagnose faults and maintain service security. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website.
Legal obligations
Where required, information may be processed to comply with accounting, legal, regulatory or dispute-resolution obligations.
5. Retention
We keep correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, including follow-up, security, legal and record-keeping needs. Technical security logs are retained for a limited period appropriate to operational and security requirements.
6. Your data-protection rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability in relevant cases, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for future processing.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or another competent supervisory authority.
7. Security and international processing
Seqube uses reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data. Some service providers may process information outside Sweden or the EEA. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for such transfers.
8. Contact
Privacy questions and data-subject requests can be sent to privacy@seqube.com. To help us locate relevant correspondence, contact us from the email address concerned where possible.
